Did they ever find the guy who ran away from the carcrash on PCH? Or did the driver do it, after all (this was my initial suspicion)? :) Hope you're well!
I have not heard anything else. Looks like we'll have to wait for the DNA sample to be tested to really know. Yeah it seems like it's just a shady guy who made up a crazy story to avoid trouble (of course then why did he agree to the DNA sample?). I do like the idea of having some of your buddies show up and claim to be from homeland security if you ever get in trouble with the police.
